Engravings
Jouve is always interested in different engraving techniques. He uses wood engraving, the burin, pointe sèche, and etching, l’eau-forte, that allows him to reproduce his drawings with a richness of details.
These techniques allow for a wider distribution, eaux-fortes etchings quickly become emblematic, because they fit perfectly in the aesthetic of the Art Déco.
